A qPCR Panel for the detection of Women's Health infections
The YouSeq Women's Health qPCR Panel provides broad coverage of vaginal microbiome agents, Candida species, STI pathogens, BV-associated bacteria and high-risk HPV types — enabling comprehensive molecular profiling in one test. The YouSeq Women's Health qPCR panel contains pre plated primers and probes for different infectious diseases commonly found in infected samples. Each well contains up to a 4-way multiplex primer/probe mix. Thus each row of the plate contains primer/probes for detection of different targets plus controls. Ideal for high-throughput clinical research into vaginal infections and dysbiosis.
