A qPCR Panel for the detection of Respiratory infections
The YouSeq Respiratory qPCR Panel provides rapid detection of a huge range of respiratory pathogens and key antibiotic resistance mechanisms all in one plate — covering viruses, bacteria, fungi and AMR genes such as ESBLs, carbapenemases, mecA/mecC, vanA/B, qnr and more. The YouSeq Respiratory qPCR panel contains pre plated primers and probes for different infectious diseases commonly found in infected samples. Each well contains up to a 4-way multiplex primer/probe mix. Thus each row of the plate contains primer/probes for detection of different targets plus controls. Ideal for high-throughput respiratory infection testing in clinical research labs.
