A qPCR Panel for the detection of STI infections
The YouSeq STI qPCR Panel delivers fast, comprehensive detection of key sexually transmitted pathogens — including Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas vaginalis, HSV1/HSV2, Treponema pallidum, Mycoplasma genitalium and high-risk HPV types. The YouSeq STI qPCR panel contains pre plated primers and probes for different infectious diseases commonly found in infected samples. Each well contains up to a 4-way multiplex primer/probe mix. Thus each row of the plate contains primer/probes for detection of different targets plus controls. Perfect for high-throughput STI molecular research workflows.
