A qPCR panel for the detection of Nail Fungal infections

The YouSeq Nail Fungal qPCR Panel detects the most clinically relevant nail dermatophytes, non-dermatophyte moulds, yeasts and associated AMR genes — all in a single, pre-configured plate for simple high-throughput workflows in clinical research labs. The YouSeq Nail Fungal qPCR panel contains pre plated primers and probes for different infectious diseases commonly found in infected samples. Each well contains up to a 4-way multiplex primer/probe mix. Thus each row of the plate contains primer/probes for detection of different targets plus controls. Ideal for comprehensive onychomycosis profiling + AMR screening in one run.
