A qPCR panel for the detection of Gastrointestinal infections
The YouSeq Gastrointestinal qPCR Panel delivers broad coverage of key GI bacterial, viral and parasitic pathogens — including Campylobacter, Salmonella, Shigella/EIEC, Rotavirus A/B/C, Norovirus GI/GII/GVIII/GIX, Cryptosporidium, Giardia and more — enabling comprehensive GI infection profiling in one run. The YouSeq Gastrointestinal qPCR panel contains pre plated primers and probes for different infectious diseases commonly found in infected samples. Each well contains up to a 4-way multiplex primer/probe mix. Thus each row of the plate contains primer/probes for detection of different targets plus controls. Ideal for high-throughput GI infection research workflows.
