A qPCR panel for the detection of Antibiotic Resistance Marker infections
The YouSeq ABR qPCR Panel delivers comprehensive detection of antibiotic resistance markers in a single, ready-to-run assay - covering resistance to beta-lactams, macrolides, fluoroquinolones, vancomycin, tetracycline, aminoglycosides, sulfonamides and more. The YouSeq qPCR panel contains pre plated primers and probes for different infectious diseases commonly found in infected samples. Each well contains up to a 4-way multiplex primer/probe mix. Thus each row of the plate contains primer/probes for detection of different targets plus controls. Ideal for high-throughput clinical research workflows investigating AMR mechanisms present in infected samples.
