YouSeq unveils 300+ brand-new multiplex qPCR tests

11 November 2025

YouSeq Ltd today announces the launch of over 300 new multiplex qPCR assays — a single expansion that would be considered a full catalogue for most companies — but for YouSeq it’s simply the next step on our mission to make every clinically relevant target available as a ready-to-order test.

This explosive growth of our test menu further reinforces YouSeq as the undisputed leader in high-content molecular diagnostics: the largest menu of qPCR tests available anywhere on Earth.

Each new multiplex detects multiple targets in a single reaction — enabling faster results, more actionable information per qPCR run, and significantly lower cost per datapoint for labs.

These assays are ideal as direct-use multiplex tests or as the building blocks for something even more powerful — YouSeq’s custom pre-plated panel service.High-throughput labs can simply choose any multiplex tests from our massive library of targets and have them combined into 96-well or 384-well ready-to-run plates — giving them exactly the panel they need, no compromise, no wasted wells, no manual pipetting, no development lag.

Benefits include:
  • Detect multiple pathogens / markers / variants in one run
  • Fewer wells - less labour - more throughput
  • More data per plate - higher revenue per shift
  • Standardised high-quality assays - no in-house development risk

“With this release, we remove the old idea that labs must wait for the market to supply the panels they want. Instead — they can simply select the multiplex tests they need and we’ll build the panel for them,” said Jim Wicks, YouSeq founder.

YouSeq is the global pioneer of ultra-broad-menu qPCR and NGS diagnostics, empowering clinical research labs with the widest choice of off-the-shelf assays and the unique ability to configure their own custom ready-to-run plates.

Detect more. Work faster. Make labs more profitable.
