Staphylococcus saprophyticus & Staphylococcus aureus Multiplex

Cat no. YSL-qPX-EC-SS.SA-100

A multiplex qPCR kit for the detection of Staphylococcus saprophyticus & Staphylococcus aureus

Staphylococcus saprophyticus and Staphylococcus aureus are common pathogens responsible for causing urinary tract infections in humans, especially in young women. These bacteria can also lead to foodborne illnesses, such as contaminated dairy products, and nosocomial infections. Early detection of these pathogens is crucial to prevent severe complications, such as sepsis, and to guide appropriate antibiotic treatment.

YouSeq's qPCR kit to detect Staphylococcus saprophyticus and Staphylococcus aureus allows for rapid and sensitive identification of these pathogens. This enables early intervention and treatment, reducing the risk of complications and the spread of infections in healthcare settings and the food industry.
